Bid Coordinator 

Salary: up to £35k


A well-established company with over 30 years experience delivering managed print, document and IT services is looking for a Bid Coordinator to join their growing team. The company currently have 5 offices across the UK.

This role has flexible working opportunities for hybrid working between home and the London/Hertford office.

As a Bid Coordinator your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and creating supporting content for bid responses including appendices, graphics, organisation charts etc.
  • Creating supporting PowerPoint presentations as part of tender processes.
  • Updating and managing bid library content.
  • Gaining an understanding of Public Sector frameworks.

The successful Bid Coordinator will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience within a tender administrator / bid / proposals / contracts coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong Microsoft skills - Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel Word and preferably Visio.
  • Excellent written skills and telephone manner.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • An ability to maintain confidentiality with all company information and materials.

If sucessful, you will receive a salary of up to £35,000, along with company bonus and pension and the chance to be part of a fantastic company that can offer future growth.
