Salary: £27,000 (pro rata)
Location: Hertfordshire

We are exclusively recruiting this great opportunity for a Bids & Proposals Coordinator position (either full time or part time) for one of our highly successful clients in Hertford. Our growing client has over 30 years of experience delivering managed print, document and IT services and currently have 5 offices across the UK and counting!

JOB PURPOSE | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborating with key stakeholders, the successful Bid and Sales proposal writer will be required to:

  • Complete all RFQ, PQQ, SQ responses
  • Complete all compliance-based content for all bids
  • Assist with creating tender question responses
  • Assume ownership of compiling all proposals for sales teams
  • Coordinate with Mid-Market sales teams for sales proposals
  • Maintain a tracker of all proposals created
  • Coordinate and create supporting content for bid responses including appendices, graphics, organisation charts etc.
  • Create supporting PowerPoint presentations as part of tender process
  • Update & manage Bid Library content
  • Coordinate with Public Sector and Strategic
  • Gain an understanding of Public Sector frameworks including (but not limited to) Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC) & Crown Commercial Services (CCS)
  • Complete bid plans
  • Assist with marketing where needed e.g. award entries, social media content & events


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • A self-starter with excellent communication interpersonal skills who is presentable and professional
  • Excellent written skills, telephone manner
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task as necessary
  • Strong  Microsoft skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word), and (preferably) Visio
  • Maintains confidentiality with all company information and materials


Experience of working in a similar role and will have demonstrated a flexible and adaptable approach to work
