Resourcer / Recruitment Administrator

We need a Resourcer / Recruitment Administrator to join our busy and growing team here at Henley Executive. 

Based in our lovely offices in Henley in Arden, we need someone who is enthusiastic, has positive can-do attitude, and is keen to learn and happy communicating with candidates vis phone, email and social media.

As Resourcer / Recruitment Administrator day-today your role will entail:

  • Updating the database with candidate and client information
  • Identifying and speaking to suitable candidates via phone and email
  • Formatting candidate CVs
  • Arranging candidate interviews
  • Sending out interview and offer confirmations
  • Writing advert copy

Full training will be provided or we would be happy to consider someone experienced who is looking for a part-time/flexible working opportunity. Whether you are currently a Resourcer, working within Recruitment or from an office administration background and looking for a new challenge, we're open to background as long as you are keen to learn.
